Best way to do some last minute revision

I have done loads of notes, essays, past papers, flashcards everything and I'm pretty confident but is the best way to get some last minute revision in before my exam in a few days?

If you're fully ready then read through those notes.

Also depending on the subject it may be a good idea to flick through some examiners reports and get some tips there. Also have a recap of the most recent papers to see the style they're using.
Learn what you are doing, dont just remember it.
