I'm unsure about whether or not I have applied to my LEA for my fee contribution. Did I do this when I applied for my student loan, and if so, when will I receive my Financial Assessment Notice? IF not, then how do I go about doing all this??? Thanks for your help.

Anyone know when PencilQueen is usually on? She sounds helpful and I need to know quickly.

The form for getting your student loan covers tuition fee help too. However the student loan is handled by the SLC (student loan company) and the tuition fee support is handled by your LEA. To find out when you will find out if you have tuition fee support you need to contact your LEA.
Your student support number might be provided with the bumf from the SLC but it will be LEA specific (each LEA has a different code which makes up part of the number). If you don't know your SSN then you need to phone up the student support section of your local LEA asap to give them a kick up the bum. -
