Question about my approval course at the open university

Hello,

I was just wondering, my course has been approved but next to course on the letter it says this: BDEG-HON BSs ( Honours) Psychology?

What does BDEG mean, what does it stand for? :/

Except that isn't what 'BDEG-HON' stands for.

That's the first thing i did as well and I found that it stands for *what you said* , but It still didn't make sense to me.
