So i bought my very own Ipod a couple of months ago but then i got a Iphone so i left the Ipod and so i forgot the passcode for it so i went on itunes to remove it and then it came up with icloud and instantly i forgot it because i made a new one so i could use different ones on my ipod and iphone. I have been trying to unlock icloud but there's no help. i dont know what to do

The only solution for this issue is try to reset your Apple account using your email account. So that you can access your Apple email and change the password.
