Ok, so I've been attempting the
Edexcel S2 June 2016 paper but it hasn't been going too well. There are so many "new" concepts that I feel like I haven't covered before!
Question 4 I would have lost all 10 marks for because I didn't even know where to start!
Ok so I managed to find yet another solution too this question on YouTube. One thing I'm left confused about is when using the cdf (mainly for part b).
I just can't seem to understand how we can say that...
F(2)=0 k[a(2)+8(2)2−(2)3]=0 <<<< In part (a) we found that
b = 8Why are we allowed to use two different lines of the
cdf to make the statement that
F(2)=0 ?
Sorry If I'm not making much sense
@Elzar any help would really be appreciated
