How to calculate substrate concentration using Km and Vmax

Hi! In need of a little help with this exercise.

If i'm given data of the a series of substrate concentrations and the corresponding reaction rate, would i use a Michaelis Menten plot or a lineweaver plot to find out Km, Vmax and Vmax/Km?
Also, how would I calculate the substrate concentration in multiples of Km when the enzyme shows 30% of its Vmax?

No, we need to determine that using the graph, but I haven't done that yet because I'm not sure which graph would be best to use.
