I know that OH functional group takes precedence over the Alkene C=C functional group, but what would this molecule be called?
Would it be 1-chloro prop'en' -2-ol
or would i be 3 -chloro propen -2-ol
also, when an alkene and OH group are present in the same compound, would the suffix change as i have shown it? eg 'Prop'an'ol to preop'en'ol'?

The one which, when you add up all of the numbers, gives you the smallest answer, i.e. 1-chloropropen-2-ol.
