My arm hurts...

I'm possibly just being a big wimp, but my arm REALLY hurts. I had my flu jab about 4 hours ago (not because I have asthma, or some immune disease or anything - I get it as a 'bonus' of being a medical receptionist) and my arm hurts every time I move it, I have poked the injection site once (and regreted it instantly). There's also a bit of blood on the cotton wool over it.

Is this normal? Or am I just being a real wimp?

It's normal for it to be tender and for a bit of bleeding - don't worry about it! Try not to knock it and it should get less painful.
Hope it feels better soon!

Thank you! Haven't had a jab for many years before this and had possibly forgotten how sore it can be!

Normal.
That's like being discharged by nurse triage.
