Today, I was getting my lunch at Subway and there was a group of Muslim women (all wearing Hijabs so knew they were muslim), and they were eating and drinking.

So, I guess my question is, why weren't they observing Ramadam? Is there any way they dont have to observe it (as in what islam says)?

Just wondering thats all
