Statistics Normal and Binomial Distribution

Hi can anyone explain to me what to do when values exceed the numbers given on the both distribution tables?

For example if I have to do an inverse Z value of 4% (0.04) what do I do?

Hopefully this makes sense

Your table should be from 0.5 to 1 - being symmetrical the value will be the negative value equivalent to 0.96, on the normal distribution, for the binomial we would need more data.
