Whats the difference between a phylogenetic group and phylogenetic tree?
the groups are within the tree? I don't know but I'm just gonna post how I remember phylogeny <3

Are you sure that's the paper? The first question in that paper is "Endopeptidases and exopeptidases are involved in the hydrolysis of proteins.
Name the other type of enzyme required for the complete hydrolysis of proteins to amino acids."

You're looking at paper 1 instead of paper (Unit) 2
