Because there is currently a large mad nutter organisation that is ran by and recruits radicalised muslims. Around 30 years ago there was a large mad nutter organisation that was ran by and recruited people who wanted Northern Ireland to be a part of Ireland.

you seemed to suggest a "large mad nutter organisation " was to blame, when there are in fact hundreds of 'nutter groups' ie islamist movements all over the place, that the west hasnt been that bothered to do anything about for a few decades. indeed we sent aid to many of them under the request of bill clinton. IS is not the source of the problem, its the latest part of a much bigger problem
