ok, the top of my abs are like, tony the tiger, (well toned, toned going to toney, toney going to tony, tony going to tony the tiger) but the bottom and middle, not so much. Anyone know any exercises for this apart from crunches as they just work the top. And websites with demonstrations would be appreciative. Muchos gracias muchachas. adios

The bottom of your abs will be as 'toned', as you put it, as the top, youve just got more fat at the bottom. Want the 6 pack? Start dieting.

Well since your top ones are toned, you should change your excercise regime. You will find people form different sports build up muscle in different areas than others.

Everyone has a 6 pack, its just a case of getting your bodyfat % low enough to see it, so lose the fat.

I think 4 times a week is too much.... You gotto let your muscles rest if you want them bigger/more toned.

if you have one of those swiss balls at the gym , try doing some russian twists . You lie down on the ball so ur lower back rests on it , and then with arms behind your head twist your abs left and right without moving the ball . Takes some getting used to but its best because it excercises all the Ab muscles at a time ( even the ones at the side) . Instead of crunches try doing a full situp . Its much better than crunches since you wont be putting all the strain on your upper abs .

I have the ball at home,if its one of those rebok balls, full of air and that can handel any weight, you can try an easy excerise that can be dont at home, you set on a bench of the chair and left your leags and make them as the shape of /\ and then left them up and down very quickly,it helps
