Postgraduate funding opportunitiesWatch
I started this thread, and then maintained/updated it for over 5 years, as a response to the constant complaint about there being 'no funding' available for postgrad. Clearly, there is funding out there if you are more imaginative in your search, and there are also plenty of opportunities for going overseas for study and research.
I'm bowing out now as I have a new research project of my own - and that includes writing a full length book, and I need to give all of my time and energy to that, and not be distracted by other things.
I hope I have helped some of you over these years - I'd love to hear some of the success stories!

Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia - International Postgraduate Research Scholarships for MRes or PhD. Must have either a 4 year undergrad degree (or 3 year plus Masters) with highest results. The Anglo-Danish Society Scholarships for postgraduate research or taught courses for the academic year starting Oct 2019. Open to UK applicants with a first degree from a University in the UK, who apply to undertake a postgraduate studies/research degree at a Danish University. Award value £2,500 pa.
