I did it but I get the wrong answer so I must not have done it right ... Anyways I did this:
mean=10.8
σ=7.46
σ+10.8=18.3
(18.3−μ)/7.46=1
1 on table=0.8413
1−0.8413=0.1587
0.1587×70 to get that percentage of 70.I get 11 not 12
Edit : you have to interpolate but I don't know why they are using the values they are.
