The 16 markers were horrid tbh, the rest was ok.

I wouldn't worry too much about it - this has probably happened 100s of times before! The examiner will probably realise that you ticked the wrong box by your actual answer but do talk to your teacher to make sure :smile:

16 markers: Change and continuity in Renaissance, or prevention of diseases in Renaissance
12 markers: Public Health from 1875 onwards, improvement in hospitals from 1840 something.
8 marker source: Fleming's Penicillin Speech
6 marker: Chadwick or Snow
8 marker: Difference between Roman bath and Medieval Baths source question.
