No no no!

Ask at a gym, read a decent book and browse the web. Or click below:

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Quadriceps/BBSquat.html

These are the two most fundamental exercises one can do. Learn them and love them.

I do dumbels of 3 kg only, but I know that the deadlift is when you bent your back, left the bar and up and down, while the squat is when you bent your knees while your back is stright, keep going with your knees up and down, while the bar is in your hands,I hope that helps

When executing the deadlift and squat, the lifter MUST keep his back arched. DO NOT bend your back. If it helps, look up. Follow the links on my previous post. The bar should rest on your traps, with your hands supporting it.

It's a common misconception among females that weight training will make them huge and Arnold-like. Only a few (lucky?) individuals have the genetics to develop their bodies in such a way. Weight training is a great way to improve yourself, both physically and mentally.

I assume you have pastel-pink plastic dumbells. And I won't ask why you need your hands shaped.

A decent web site aimed at women-specific training is at http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html

Exactly, women dont have enough testosterone to develop massive physiques, natural women bodybuilders dont actually look particularly 'musclely'

Have a look at these pics:

Id hardly describe these physiques as unattractive, or 'disgusting'

Youve probably seen some female bodybuilders on steroids, in which case theyll actually have more testosterone in their system than most men, which is why they look the way they do..
