What is the order in size of the cell, nucleus, chromosome and gene?
A gene is a small section of DNA.
A cell's chromosomes consist of long strands of DNA (multiple genes).
23 pairs of chromosomes are in the nucleus.
The nucleus is found in a cell.

So...

DNA - Gene - Chromosome - Nucleus - Cell
