best fine arts university in states??

hey!
i am studying in istanbul,türkiye..at a great fine arts university but still i want to study in states for my last year..
so i am looking for a university name which has the best graphic design department in states :smile:

..and also not just accepting the exchange but also the transfers from another country's university..

the pratt institute is supposed to be quite good. also, cooper union is excellent, although i'm not sure if they have graphic design.

Cooper is good. I also met a chick who went to The School of Arts at Illinois who said nothing but great things about their program.

I don't know too much but when people say Fine Arts uni in the states, it's usually RISD (Rhode Island School of Design), Pratt, Parsons, MICA (Maryland Institute of Creative Arts), SMFA (School of Museum of Fine Arts), U of Arts :smile:

Great places include:

SVA (School of Visual Arts), which is in Manhattan.
SCAD (Savannah College of Arts and Design), in Georgia.
MICA (I forgot the name in full, but I believe it's in Maryland).
