Also for the nationality one I wrote about the decline in British identity due to globalisation. Most of the UKs trade is based abroad and stuff ...?
The national identities was tough
The law and divorce rate was a little tricky too
24 marker i ****ed up hard literally did 3 pargraph one on marixist and other one functionalist and radical fem.fornationalititity i wrote a simialr thing but spoek about language as nationality is based on language and it no longer impotance because most ppl first language is english .i spoke about age and social being moreimportance as in a globlised world psotmodenrist argue idneitity is about chocie but to have choice you need money and status.but lookly back i ****ed up on section b the most what did ppl write for the divorate and families
Divorce rate - started off with the act obvs. and then evaluated with the changing roles of women...then another paragraph on law and used the equal pay act - which tbh i dont understand how that links to divorce but made it link - and then evaluated with changing attitudes of sex and marriage being the reason for divorce increase. And finally quick summary on why law main contributor to rise in divorce rates. FLOPPED the national identities one just named 3 sociologist wrote 3/4 of a page full waffle
Think I did something similar, used the divorce reform act & said it's made divorce more accessible. Evaluated with changing position of women (Sharpe) & changing financial independence of women (Crowe).
Globalisation leading to deterorolisation and loss of distinctiveness
Hall - responses to globalisation, linking it to how loss of national identity from globalisation isn't universal e.g. north Korea
