What address to give to tax office during summer job?

Got a job over summer break, I'm staying with friends over the summer as it's local to the job. I'm an independent student so I have no "home" (parental) address. Is it ok to give tax office my uni address?

If you have banks details and the like registered at that address then that should be okay with hmrc.

Personally i'd do it to the address that your bank is registered too

Thanx!! Is it just my p45 that they will snail me when I finish working for the summer? I'm not going back to uni address for 3 weeks to check on my mail. ?!
