Saas application

Hi there! I submitted my saas application a month ago but I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail that my funding request has been accepted. In my dashboard appears this "We have assessed your entitlement to this award and will confirm your entitlement in your award notice." I called the helpline and they told me that my request has been successful and that they will pay my tuition fees, then why don't I receive any confirmation e-mail?

They don't send confirmation/acceptance emails. You will get a physical letter.
