How do you record your job seeking (35 hours) for universal credit? ASAP HELP

I have just signed up to universal credit and I understand that I need to actively job seek for 35 hours a week. Is this even possible, especially for people like me who are limited to apply for jobs like retail, waitressing etc. And how do you physically record your jobseeking, on paper? Online? And what details/evidence do I have to inlclude??

They will tell you everything you need to know.

I'm sure the system has changed since I used it so my experience isn't much help.

You need to sign up to a website called universal jobmatch. You also can record your job searches in a book if you want to. One your universal job match page, write down any job sites you've looked at, papers you've read or other job searching activities you have done such as make a CV or send out spec letters. Write down how many hours you spent doing each activity. If you apply to any jobs through universal jobmatch it automatically records the application so that your advisor can see what you have done to find work.
