Let's say you're meeting a guy after several years and you've always had a crush on him (irrelevant but still), what should one wear for best impact? No silly answers please.

For reference, I'm 5ft9, size 8 so what would be the ideal outfit?

i.e. Skinny jeans and cute top. Skater dress with heels. Etc

Thanks x

dress not tight enough, no cleavage on show, my mind has failed to start wondering what she looks like naked either...

tight dress [will emphasise her slim size 8 physique], the color is red [there are studies showing men find women more attractive in red ( http://www.rochester.edu/news/show.php?id=3268)and cleavage on show will get a mans imagination racing......

Not sure about heels given your height.

What situation are you meeting up with him in? For example, if you're going out on a dinner date with him, then yes wear a dress and make an effort like the suggestions above.

But if you're going to the cinema, park, shopping etc. I'd play it down a lot. Skinny jeans, cute top, ankle boots (nothing too high though) etc. I really like the ripped tight jeans and baggy white T look at the moment; maybe with a messy bun (though unsure of your hair length).

EDIT: something like this? https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=se...JTjW3gPCijA6M:

Nothing crazy, but he's super tall so he'll be taller regardless. Heels make your legs look better 😏

Nothing is confirmed yet but I want to make an impact either way. Thank you for your advice. I was considering jeans and heels initially but swaying on a dress now. Will trial some outfits and seee x

It's very hip hugging, its a skater dress with a corset! The model just doesn't have hips.

I agree, black and red are my go to colours.

If you show enough leg (this dress shows thigh) you do not need to show cleavage. Otherwise it's OTT.

I actually have this dress, it's a favourite of mine. A striking red draws eyes (and makes you memorable), tiny bit of cleavage and a bit of leg. It's simple yet sophisticated, and makes you look effortlessly elegant. Not trashy nor does it look like you're trying too hard.

That's something I would actually wear. Defo leaning towards a red dress. Thanks!
