Torn between applying for apprenticeships or going to University
I have nearly finished my BTEC level 3 course in computing and am predicted a Distinction-Distinction-Distinction. I have a C in Maths but a D in English. I have recently resat the English exam and am predicted a B.
I have a conditional offer for Computer Science (BSc) in Brunel and Essex these depend on my English result.
If I apply for apprenticeships should I apply for them after I pass English with less time remaining on deadlines or now with a D in English and with plenty of time remaining on apprenticeships?
I have successfully got place at an assessment center for a KPMG 360 apprenticeship which starts in September 2018 but do not want to take a gap year.
What should I do? Which is the better option? Fast replies would be helpful.
