I don't know if this is called childhood sweetheart or not. One of my best friends was a lad from 13. At 16 we started going out and went out for over a year. Its over now since I moved away. Was a bit strange but didnt stand the long distance relationship pressures.

My parents met in year 9, still together at 41.

Makes you sick doesn't it?

haha. lool yeah.
we got married when we were 7.. in a really fancy pretend ceremony.. i had a dress and everything! we were in love since we met in nursery.
haha. and then i beat up his best friend cos i was a tom boy. so he fell out with me.
but then we went out again in year 7
then broke up again.
then we went out in year nine.
and then broke up again.
and he told me he loved me at a party a few weeks ago.. but he was really drunk and i doubt he remebers it.
we kissed
pluss we both have partners at the moment.
but we both hate our partners.

my friend recons we should just get it together.
but i dont know if we have too much history and wether it would work.
weve sort have grown appart since college and what not..

does anyone believe in fate or destiny?

started going out with a girl when I was 16 in first year of 6th form, still together at 19 now at uni even though theres a fair distance between us. Its not really as hard as many people make it out to be.

Oh my goodness, I did!!! His name was Daniel Ali and we went to primary school together I loved him for like years, and he broke my heart when he didn't come to my birthday party.

Hehe, well me and my fiance (soon to be husband) met in high school and liked each other but it was always the wrong time. and then 2 years ago we found it was the right time, so he's my sweetheart

I had a very strong relationship with a girl across the road from the day I was born (we were born a couple of days apart) up until we were about 11 or 12 years old, whereupon she betrayed me by siding with the people who were picking on me at high school (because that was what the cool kids did, apparently), selling 12 years of childhood friendship for a boost in popularity. Hope she enjoyed it, cos I don't do refunds!

Never ever ever want to see her again, and I told her as much when I saw her earlier this year (we're 21 now) and she acted all chummy.

My cousin met her fiance when they are 4! He was her 'disco' date at the end of year 11, and he got all jealous when she was asked out by another guy and she was considering saying yes! So he asked her out instead- he was her first kisser, boyfriend, etc. During uni, they kind of drifted apart but after uni they met back up and are engaged- stuff of fairy tales or what!? But no, I don't have one personally

I was born 12 days after my mum's best friend's son.. we played together, grew up together, used to spend loads of time together. Stopped when we were about 12 and grew up and stopped going where our mums went.. saw each other occasionally, every few months. At fifteen, I asked him out, we went out in secret for a month and a bit because our mothers were always obsesssed with the idea of us getting together and getting married or something nauseating like that , and then he ditched me because 'he wasn't ready' for a relationship. Haven't really seen him since, other than a couple of gatherings where we've just said hi and stuff, last I heard he'd gone off to Aeronautical school and still isn't ready for a relationship :p:

Sorry, I kind of ruined the run of beautiful stories here.
