look at going on the pill

that and try excercising - i find if i walk fast it distracts me, i know its hard when you have cramps but it works for me

same happened to me. cramps were so bad i couldnt move and they'd make me be sick. painkillers didnt touch the pain so i went to the doc and they suggested some acid tablets or summit. you can do that or if ur a girl and they're the sort of cramps u get at "that time of the month" you can go on the pill which will help with th cramps cos it will make periods lighter

Increase your salt intake generally (S+V crips etc?) Or keep a bottle of salty water handy (or tonic water). It might not taste very nice but is what sports people use in the middle of a game if they cramp up. You can just run them off but that is excuciatingly painful.

take more magnesium (that's what causes cramps even in other parts of ya body, havin a low amount of magnesium in ya body)
and bananas are magical! i've got severs cramps and tried painkillers that almost knocked me out lol but bananas did the trick...
