Have you ever tried a vegan cheesecake...? Don't.

Do you like Snickers, Ice Cream, Pizza, Chicken Tikka Masala, Actual Food, Nice Stuff, Taste, Flavour?

Diabetes, heart disease and strokes won't taste nice though.

I am vegan for health and ecological reasons.

Thanks for your reply babe!
Unless a person has been medically
diagnosed with a condition
that requires them to cut out Dairy then
people would be depriving themselves
of a good source of nutrition and
enjoyment if they cut out dairy unnecessarily.
Unless someone is a bodybuilder (or other intensive athletes), a average person only needs so,so amounts of
protein each day easily obtained from
bread, milk and vegetables.
As I said before Go Vegetarian if you
want to make a dietary change. Absolutely no need to go vegan.
Veganism is a product of diseased minds that are unable to reason correctly.

I've been vegetarian for nearly 4 years and now starting to move towards being vegan! I already have b12 injections because of being deficient in it though - but that wasn't because of my diet.

My reasons are mostly environmental - livestock agriculture is one of the main contributors to greenhouse gas emissions, ocean dead zones, species extinction, rainforest deforestation, etc etc. Giving up beef and dairy has a bigger impact on the environment than giving up using a car! Plus if everyone gave up meat, we would easily solve food and water shortages, as the grain and water that are used to feed livestock could be given to humans.
