Preston or Lancaster Or........

I've just moved up north and have started doing a Access To Uni college course with the option to go to Uni next September. I could do the first 2 years of my degree in college but would rather go off to Uni.

Is Preston or Lancaster any good for the their IT degrees or would you recommend another uni for that?

EDIT: Sorry just realised would have put it in the wrong place.

I would recommend Lancaster over UCLan.
