You can't take st johns wort because they can have a bad reaction. Although st johns can relieve mild depression, antidepressants are stronger and shouldn't be mixed with other mood enhancing drugs. Like ganghadin said, you're best off talking to your GP. They will know if you are suited to a particular medication (although there is no guarantee how your body will react).

St John's Wart is evil stuff that interferes with just about every medication you can get, yet punters keep taking it because it's 'natural' and therefore can't possibly be bad. :rolleyes:
