I signed up for student finance (before the deadline) and printed off the declaration form which I signed and sent off. I then received a letter stating my chosen student finance options & also the same declaration form. Do I re-send this form as I am not sure they received the first one? However I did receive an email saying my student finance has been submitted..?
I also had to send two declaration forms when first applying for my student finance. The declaration form you received with your finance should also be sent off to let them know you accept the terms and conditions of the finance you will be receiving, and also just to be safe.
You can also check on the student finance website too. It tells you the parts of your application that still need to be completed, so it should say if your declaration form is still pending.
