EPQ Topic help?

I'm going to do my EPQ over the summer holiday, however I won't be able to do my original topic (WW2) as WW2 is on my AQA Russian history A2 spec. I thought of doing the British Empire, however that would overlap with my A2 tudors course and possibly with my history coursework. I'm finding it hard to find a topic that I'm fairly knowledgeable of but which doesn't overlap my history course.
My best areas are WW2, but I am also reading into Bismarck, Prussia and the British empire.
