Pain in hands

I been going gym 6 days a week, doing lots of classes, swimming, martial art, library, shopping, going to museums

For a few days, there's pain in my hands

I was thinking of going gym tomorrow, but its proberly best if I rest. I took a day of gym on Monday. I been gym for over a month, and the instructor has increased the weights.

I never had this pain before, and I don't know exactly what it is.

Anyone able to give any advice?

its possible its just a strain, it could be more. rest it for a day or so and see what happens

You probably need more rest days, especially if you're doing weights. If you don't give your body time to repair after a weights session you won't improve.
Possibly the pain in your hands is from lifting weights, since just about every upper body weights exercise and some leg ones involve holding on to a barbell or whatever you're using, your hands will eventually get pretty sore if you do it often enough.
If in doubt, see your doctor.

You may have sprained/strained a ligament or muscle, or you could be feeling the effects of Repetitive Strain Injury. If it continues, see your GP. RSI is best treated early, so I'd get it looked at.
do you lift a lot of weights at the gym? this can hurt your hands, cause blisters etc
