When do I stop?

I have secretly been using Viagra each time I have sex with my girlfriend due to the first time having ED. I was too embarrassed by it and wanted to avoid it ever happening again, so I took the next option to prevent it. My issue is, I want to stop taking it and try normally, but I'm afraid that if I do I may have issues again.
I know I am attracted to my girlfriend, whenever we're lying there and she even accidentally brushes my John Thomas I'm stood to attention like a drill sergeant is in my face, but since that first time where I got to the business and was waving around what resembled a cooked piece of spaghetti I've been anxious.
Any recommendations? I don't want to tell her I've been using Viagra.
I'm of the opinion I was stressed and a little nervous the first time, so that could be why it happened.
