Hank owns a fruit stall. He sells 11 apples and 5 oranges for £2.71. one apple costs 16p. how much does one orange cost?

You honestly telling me you can't do this.

16p an apple times 11 = £1.76.

£2.71 minus £1.76 = 95p. 5 oranges cost 95 therefore one costs 19p
Substitute to make an equation and then solve it
get good at math kid
Instead of complaining he can’t do maths. Just help the kid. Not many kids will get maths easy. Some tend to struggle at subject. Be kind and support.
