Radioactivity help!

"The half life of radium is 1620 years. How long will it take for the initial activity of a radium compound to fall to a fifth of its original value?"

Please help! I don't have a clue where to start. i thought half life went down like 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 so how i calculate 1/5 i don't know.
