Maths C3 - Edexcel C3 June 2015 past paper...HELP???

Hi guys
I was doingJune 2015 C3 paper The Q6 part(c) x1 x2 and x3 seem to be wrong
x1= ln(20-3 over ln(2) which is ln(17) over ln (2) gives me 4.087 on the calculator
but the mark scheme says 3.087
I checked exam solutions to see
no worked solution for that Qs
it says the mark scheme is very detailed
