"how come the odds of you winning are a million to one?"

    " ...er.........oh."

CNS is now a cult icon of Durham! He regularly plays at various college bops and is generally considered a legend.
There's been many a DSU meeting where I could think of nothing but ask for his autograph!

    Is he still there now?

He must be going into his 9th or 10th year in durham now!

I was up in Durham over the summer when he appeared on TV. Myself, Andy Thompson, CNS, and a few others were all drinking in the Swan and Three. CNS ended up dancing on the table singing Great Balls of Fire at the top of his (drunken) voice

I could be wrong, but as far as i know he's still not finished his PhD!

Did anyone manage to record the above incident?! I can just about picture CNS doing that, but the only times i 've been to the Swan and Three have been during the day and it's difficult to imagine anything remotely unusual happening there!

Did Andy join in? Could be handy for getting a bit of extra cash off our new Treasurer... !

Nah, no evidence I'm afraid, and Andy remained surprisingly sensible.

It was even better when he was crooning to a drunk bald local, who looked as hard as anything. My mate Phill (you may know him if you're involved in DSU, he was Mens Officer) thought CNS was about to be beaten to a pulp, but then the local recognised who he was and started making song requests.

That was outside Bimbis, on Neville St, on a Friday Night.

i think trophying all the ducks would be a good idea
You'd have to make sure they were 'regular' ducks though...

One eats bread, is fairly placid and is normally green/brown coloured

The other eats humans & wombles, attacks at will, and is on fire.

They are normally fairly easy to distinguish between

Off topic again but you can easily re-size any jpg down to the correct size with recent versions of Windows. If you have any problems, I could resize a pic for you, as could valen or a few others I am sure.

Plenty, but they would need careful preparation, and some money
