If your head is really itchy and feels a bit bumpy, maybe you have eczema?
:hmpf: Feels more like zits... but I did use to get eczema as a kid. GAAAAAAAH! *claws at arm*
Heh, no, it is possible for the eczema to have returned. Maybe change in weather/shampoo etc etc.

Try not to scratch your head too much; last time I had an itchy head, and I scratched it and then saw blood on my fingernails. Whoops.

If your itchiness feels abnormal/too much, then maybe it is eczema again?

you may be experiencing a reaction to severe stress. Try relaxation techniques. Actually, i prefer valium or a glass of wine. Mine's been severe lately!

This is actually a phenomena called 'referred itching', where scratching an itch produces another itch elsewhere. Its actually very common, and there is nothing that can be done. But if you are itching constantly, could be an irritant - have you started eating/drinking differently, started using different washing powder/conditioner, or done something that would of kicked up a lot of dust?
i usually tell myself the itch is psychologically induced and then it goes away pretty quickly...
