Postgraduate 18 course instalment not fair

Hi ..

I am writing to complain about the instalment of postgraduate courses.

My course is one and an half year (18 months) and next year I will complete my study in Jan 2018. According to the SFE I will get the other half of my loan next year in three instalment same as this year.

believe we should get the loan in two instalment or maybe one because we officially finish the study in January, so no point of you holding the money for Second and third instalment.

The three instalment should be applied for the two-year courses, not for the 18 months courses. I hope you consider my complaint as we really struggle to survive with all the expenses and debit.

I am sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you.

I appreciate that you would prefer the payments to be in fewer installments. According to the guidelines we need to follow, payments do need to be in three installments and this is standard for all students. If this causes you financial hardship when you are in your second year, do give us a call on 03001000031 to find out what are your options.
