Transferring uni HELP!!

I'm planning on transferring to KCL from my current uni, and I just wanted to find out the application process and how to go about doing it. I'm a first year chemistry student. I have already contacted my personal tutor so he can be my reference on ucas, what else is there for me to do?

we can't give you the answer to that.

You have to email your university's department and ask them yourself. It varies

Also sent my transfer application, not really sure if I'll get in cause my 1st year grades were alright but my A-Level grades were way below than what they typically require for that particular course.
