Balance problems

Bonjour all, i seem to have terrible balance. I'm really starting to notice it, like today i was playing pool and i joked with the guy what an easy shot he missed and he gave me a friendly push and i went flying. When lifting things as well i nearly always fall over. There's hundreds of other times when i've nearly broke every bone in my boby as well. I was just wondering is there anything you can do??? Does anyone else get it???

Yeah, gentle pushes send me over.... annnd I still can't swim properly... I look like i'm ABOUT TO drown.... annnd I can't ride a bike... lol. I had problems with my ears when I was a kid though. Whilst this is all sorted, i've never been bothered about the bike thing and for the last couple of years i've been teaching myself to swim when I go to my grandparents.

The annoying thing is, it even happens on the street when checking if there's no cars i can wobble and go of balance, i'm sure people think i'm drunk.

It happens to me sometime. It's really annoying as I can't always walk straight especially when I focus too much. And yes, I also get pushed over easily :frown:.

It's possibly dyspraxia. When I was a kid, I had to wear plastercasts on my legs/feet to be able to walk.

Might be an ear infection? I have problems with my ears and throat and when I'm poorly I have no balance what so ever... I used not even be able to stand up on buses.

I have trouble turning on the spot. Tried to on thursday and cleared a wall display when i went backwards. Didn't fall though!
