Basically I am going to glasto this week but at work I received an email regarding going on a course and doing radio training basically training where I speak over the net and everyone with a radio can hear. I have tried to speak over the net before and I get really nervous. I am really worried about it.

I'm like this too; I just can't swith off. Try and keep yourself really really busy in Glasto so that you don't have time to think about it

I'm pretty good at not thinking about work but sometimes I can't help it. That is where alcohol comes in.

If I have a huge work load with a deadline drawing close like I do at the minute I'll still be thinking about it outside of office hours, other than that I'm not really bothered.

Never, what happens at work stays at work. My time off work is a time of enjoyment.
