Is it illegal to be contracted for 12 hours but only employed to work 8 Watch

    • Thread Starter

A friend of mine has consistently not been given the 12 hours of work a week he's contracted to do, but we don't actually know if that's illegal. If anyone could shed light on the subject it'd be appreciated.

It's only a breach of contract at worst. It probably wouldnt be worth any legal action. Best to just talk to the employer.
