Home-schooled student here, I won't 'name names' but I am homeschooled by an online program. To cut a long story short I began taking Business, Economics and History A levels in September 2016 after finishing my GCSES. I stopped doing Business and Economics as the teacher was having issues and was regularly not turning up to class, I restarted these with a different school and take all of my AS and A level exams for those two subjects in Summer 2018, fine. However I continued with my History and despite the school telling us they had entered us all for our nearest exam centre, the date came round and we got "Oops sorry we haven't entered you, it was your responsibility" DESPITE being reassured the opposite a few months ago. So now I was unable to take my History AS exam and am panicking about having to do both my AS and A level in the summer of next year, basically could anyone tell me if I have any other options or even if I can take both in the same year? Will be contacting the school of course but they have been incredibly unhelpful thus far, just looking for any helpful advice. Thanks!

If you are taking international A levels then both CIE AND Edexcel offer exams in Oct/Nov. Edexcel also offer them in January. If you are in England then you can only take A level exams in the summer.
