I have no idea what I'm doing in life Watch

Hi, I've just been feeling so low and stressed out in the past week. I just don't know what I'm doing really. I have a place for uni in September but I don't really think I want to go anymore, I was going to go in September 2016 but I deferred. I just rushed into the whole process really, applying only because I didn't know what else to do.

I work in a shop and although it's alright, it's not really something I want to be doing permanently. I just don't know what I want to do, no particular job really interests me. Apprenticeships are perhaps an option. I just don't understand why I'm finding it so hard to make a decision.

I have two very close friends but they're away for a while. It's going to be hard to adjust from seeing each other twice a week to not seeing each other at all for a little while.

I keep feeling anxious and almost everyday for the past two months, I have woken very early in the morning and either not been able to sleep after that, or fallen asleep again 10 minutes later. It disrupts things.

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for in posting this; I guess I just need to know that someone at least is aware of this, even if it's strangers.

I hate to break this to you: but the majority of the population are just making it up as they go along as well! Trying to make the best choices.

If you don't want to go to Uni then don't. Don't waste your money/time. Why not work/travel a bit and then see if something appeals to you in a couple of years. There's not a time limit on going to Uni.
