New relationship driving issue Watch

I've been in a relationship for around 3 weeks now. I'm feeling quite inferior at the moment as I cannot drive yet, nor can she. I live in a fairly rural area. She is only a few miles away from me. We're both 18 and are currently doing our a level exams. I feel bad because she's having to rely on lifts to get home, as am I. I want to be able to give her lifts home and pick her up whenever without relying on parents. My driving test is in two weeks but I don't want her to get fed up of me not driving. What's everyone's thoughts and opinions?

you'd have to be really shallow to dump someone for not being able to drive. don't worry!!! if she's actually interested in being in a relationship with you she won't just leave you because of something so fickle

she can't drive anyway so it'd be pretty pathetic to dump you cos you couldn't... plus you'll probably pass your test in 2 weeks, chill out, it's not a big deal

Your both 18, would be ridiculous to dump you because of that.

She got into the relationship with you knowing neither of you can drive! Honestly, if she dumped you because she had to get lifts to see you then you're better off without her anyway.
