    Probably nothing as long as the candidate name and centre number is there and the mistaken name isn't too different.

    Cant they check it with the centre and list of entered candidates using the candidate number? Thats if they do check it they might just take it as being right unless you tell your exams officer to ring the exam board and keep an eye on your paper. I think you should tell your Exams Officer or risk having your certificates printed under a false name, plus its a one time deal once its done its done.
