Summer has only just started and I already feel terrified on getting my GCSE results, most scared about finding out maths and further maths, pretty sure I've failed...

I was worrying earlier, but I realised that worrying isn't gonna improve my results aha. Just think that there's no point dwelling on them, and the day you get them is when you're allowed to worry. There are always alternatives if you didn't do as well as you planned. It's not the be all and end all.

Enjoy your holiday and embrace the summer. Don't worry about it, it would just make you feel bad. I agree with @Vessel worry on the day.

What done is done, you can't change them. Enjoy your summer, if you keep on thinking about them you're going to feel worse.
And you haven't done as bad as you think you have done.

When I came out my GCSE maths exam last year, I thought I failed and I went on the unofficial mark scheme and counted that I got around 30 marks which was a D.
    I came out with a B.

Keep your mind occupied with other things. Try learning a new language, going out for a run everyday or just meet up with friends and have fun. Seriously, just enjoy your summer.
