Ok, i've been keeping to a good diet/exercise regime for ages now, but seeing as it was Arsenal V United today, I thought i'd get some sweets/chocs in to watch the game (no gym today).
But because my body hasn't had so much sugar (these sweets are SO sweet) in a long time, I got a bit of a sugar rush which made me feel slightly ill (a bit buzzy also) and I was planning on going into the library to do work, but don't feel up to it now.
So what's the best way to neutralize excess sugar in the system (note, I won't be binging like this again for a long time...maybe Christmas).
